By Order on December 6, 2019, Fairfax Circuit Court granted Plaintiff’s Motion for Bill of Particulars as to the medical malpractice Defendant’s threadbare Answer, which summarily declared numerous paragraphs of the Complaint incomplete/inaccurate and/or different from or contrary to the medical records (despite a pending Motion for Leave to Amend). The case is Ross v. Northern Virginia Oral Maxillofacial & Implant Surgery, No. CL-2019-00243.
