During December 19-20, 2013, Mr. Waterman concluded a six-figure settlement with an automobile insurer, Main St. America Assurance Co., for a Williamsburg couple injured when rear-ended at only five (5) miles per hour. The car accident occurred early in 2013 at Sentara Circle on Mooretown Road near Humelsine Parkway a/k/a State Route 199 in York County, Virginia.

Both car collision victims were treated by Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center, Riverside Williamsburg Family Medicine, Riverside Diagnostic Center – Williamsburg, and Riverside Physical Therapy. The wife also was seen by James City County Fire Department, Riverside Orthopedic & Sports Medicine, and Riverside Doctor Surgery Center; and the husband was also seen by York County Department of Fire and Life Safety, Hampton Roads Neurological & Spine Specialist, and VCU Department of Neurosurgery.

Mr. Waterman was able to negotiate settlement without filing suit, as often is his experience with vehicle accident cases. He has been handling personal injury and wrongful death claims for over 30 years.

THE VIRGINIA STATE BAR REQUIRES ALL LAWYERS TO POST THE FOLLOWING DISCLAIMERS ON ALL CASE-RELATED POSTS. MR. WATERMAN’S CASE RESULTS AND CLIENT TESTIMONIALS DEPEND UPON A VARIETY OF FACTORS UNIQUE TO EACH CASE. THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE OR PREDICT A SIMILAR RESULT IN ANY FUTURE CASE BY HIM.
