On July 10, 2013, Mr. Waterman finalized compromise settlement of a three-car collision involving motorists of Gloucester and Newport News, Virginia. The offending driver suffered a seizure; crossed over the median on Jefferson Avenue near Center Avenue in Newport News, Virginia; hit the victim vehicle head-on; and side-swiped another car.

Mr. Waterman’s client was a minor guest passenger, treated for his car-crash injuries by Riverside Regional Medical Center, Riverside Emergency Physicians, Peninsula Radiological Associates, and Riverside Family Medicine. Defendant’s insurer was GEICO.
