The Trail Lawyer is the quarterly journal of the National Trial Lawyers “Top 100 Trial Lawyers”. Its issue for Summer 2016 is entitled “Monsanto’s Deadly Harvest” and features articles “The EPA’s Ties to Monsanto Could Be Disastrous for the U.S.,” id. at 52-53, and “Are You Eating Antibiotics in Your Dinner?” subtitled “(Hint: Yes, You Are.)”. Id. at 38-40.
Summer 2016 Trial Lawyer also covers 3 other product liability topics: “Johnson & Johnson Gets Hammered In Ovarian Cancer Cases,” id. at 60-62, and “Johnson & Johnson Appeals The Powder Verdict,” id. at 27, report about two recent jury verdicts of $55,000,000 and $72,000,000 plus 1,200 more lawsuits filed; “Nexium: Is the Purple Pill Shutting Your Kidneys Down?,” id. at 26; and “What Trial Lawyers Need to Know About the Exploding E-Cigarettes Epidemic”.
