On November 1, 2013, Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel re Privilege Claims was heard in Lyles v. Calloway, No. CL000070-00 in Circuit court for Gloucester County Virginia, a vehicle accident lawsuit for personal injuries. The judge granted Mr. Waterman’s motion in part, conducting in camera review of defense documents and ordering production of two documents unredacted except for insurance reserves and attorney/client invoicing.
The 7/10, 13, 25, & 30/12 document was from the claims file Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc., concerning the multi-car crash. The 11/15/13 documents was from an AIG Casualty Claim Management Analyst about the same.
