Virginia: Vehicle Crashes – A Lawyer’s Crosswalk

Trial for April 2020 reports three vehicle collision cases in its “Verdicts & SETTLEMENTS”. First is “Failure to control school bus,” a $23,000,000.00 2019 jury award in Connecticut. “Failure to yield to pedestrian in crosswalk” chronicles a $1,450,000.00 2019 Florida jury verdict. “Negligent hiring and training of truck driver” marquees a $15,000,000.00 2019 Texas settlement.
