“Truck Fails to Yield to Pedestrian” is a $3,000,000.00 settlement in New York. Id. at 8. “Motorist Strikes Lift Basket” is a $4,500,000.00 settlement in California. Id. at 8,10.
June 2015 Trial also covers “Pawnshop Operator Returned Loaded Gun to Customer Leading to Accidental Shooting,” a $9,600,000.00 trial recovery for wrongful death in Georgia. Id. at 10. Last but certainly not least, Trial reported “Electrician Injured by Malfunctioning Garage Door,” a $30,500,000.00 jury verdict in Indiana. Id. at 10,12.
