Id. at 14. “Fatal Watercraft collision” reports a $2,880,000.00 2017 Florida settlement paid by a tour guide company. Id. “Delayed response to emergency” reports a $34,310,000.00 2017 Ohio jury award arising out of a utility’s delayed response to a SUV striking a pole and downing a power line. Id. at 16.
