On May 19, 2015, Mr. Waterman lectured at the 2015 Annual Evidence Seminar of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association (“VTLA”) in Springfield, Virginia. His topic was “Incident, Educational & Policy Materials: Use and Admissibility”.
