Code §8.01-413(C) Subpoena Duces Tecum prior to service of the pending medical malpractice lawsuit. The wrongful death case arising from resident patient fall is Davis v. Virginia Health Services, Inc., et al., No. CL1703550F-15 in Newport News Circuit Court.
