On May 1, 2018, Mr. Waterman filed personal injury suit in Gloucester, the residence of the Defendant offending motorist. The claim arises out of a 3-car collision at an I-64 off-ramp in James City County, Virginia. The victim motorist still is treating 2 years after the vehicle accident.
