At hearing on April 20, 2021, Circuit Court for City of Williamsburg and James City County granted Plaintiff’s Amended Motion for Leave to Amend. The two-car crash case is Gardner v. H.E.A. Company, Inc., No. CL21000478-00. The offending driver from Newport News recently pleaded guilty criminally to felonious permanently maiming of the West Point victim while intoxicated.
