Id. at 8-12. “Reckless driving causes fatal rear-end crash” covers a $32,000,000.00 2015 Pennsylvania verdict for a family of 4 MVA victims: $20,000.00 for wrongful death of a 6 year-old, plus $6,000,000.00, $3,000,000.00, and $3,000,000.00 for personal injuries of a 4 year-old, a mother, and a father, respectively. Id. at 8, 10. “Bus company’s negligence leads to a passenger’s death” highlights a $15,000,000.00 2016 Nevada verdict for wrongful death caused by the common carrier driver of disabled passengers not being trained in CPR (at a cost of only $88.00). Id. at 10, 12.
