On March 4, 2015, Mr. Waterman settled with Safeco Insurance a 3-vehicle collision that occurred on Francis Street in Williamsburg, Virginia. A Williamsburg pick-up truck driver, who was cited for following too closely, rear-ended a Barhamsville driver’s pick-up truck, knocking it into the victim Williamsburg driver’s compact sedan.
The victim was treated by Sentara Internal Medicine, Sentara Williamsburg OP Rehab Services, New Town Diagnostic Center, Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center, Virginia Pain Management Consultants, and Williamsburg Chiropractic; all of Williamsburg, Virginia. The victim’s lawsuit for personal injuries was pending in Circuit Court for the City of Williamsburg and James City County, Virginia.
