In Mr. Waterman’s recent patient fall case that resulted in a $3,500,000.00 jury verdict, Shirley Frazier Burrell v. Riverside Hospital, Inc., et al., No. CL1101633F in the Circuit Court for the City of Newport News, Virginia, he deposed 23 corporate representatives of Defendant, Riverside Hospital, Inc., many of whom he called in Plaintiff’s case-in-chief at trial.
