By Order entered September 5, 2017, Circuit Court for the City of Petersburg, Virginia, ruled that the medical malpractice Plaintiff was entitled to question the Defendant radiologist for his “retrospective opinions or current impressions and opinions” about what his patient’s radiology imaging shows.
