By Order entered June 13, 2022, Winchester Circuit Court compelled the medical malpractice Defendant medical center to provide its “policies, procedures, protocols, standards, guidelines, rules and regulations,” plus surveillance videos, and its designated representative for corporate deposition regarding the same. Mr. Waterman’s form “policies, procedures, protocols, et al.” memorandum and exhibits were instrumental in the Plaintiff wrongful death victim prevailing. The case is Bryson v. Winchester Medical Center, No. CL21-94.
