By Order entered June 14, 2022, Henrico Circuit Court denied the medical malpractice Defendant radiologists’ motions for protection against answering deposition questions about their interpretations of the radiology studies at issue since their original treatment interpretations. Notably, specifically, the obstructing radiologists are required to testify about “any present sense interpretation(s) they have regarding those studies at the time of their depositions”.
